Your visioning practice for March 2026

This is a time to check in with yourself. Celebrate progress and cultivate momentum.

Snap a pic of your vibey setup, then brick your phone (referral) for twenty minutes of presence.

First, reflect on the past month / February:

  • How did February feel? What happened?

  • If you set intentions + goals, what were they?

  • If you made a vision board for the month, give it a close look.

  • How did you live with your intentions?

  • What progress did you make towards your goals?

  • What meaning or insights can you gather from your vision board?

  • Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about February?”

Then, look at the month ahead / March:

  • How do you want March to feel?

  • What’s on your calendar?

    • February 26 Mercury Retrograde begins.

    • March 3rd is a full moon + lunar eclipse.

    • March 18 is a new moon.

    • March 20 is the Spring Equinox + Mercury Retrograde ends.

  • What are your intentions?

  • What are your goals?

  • Make a vision board using my free template. Take the Vision Boarding with Intuition workshop.

  • Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about March?”

Now, your intuitive card reading: March 2026

Explore what these cards mean to you and your life this month. The prompts will help you apply the guidance in a deeper way. DM me @kaileenelise with questions or curiosities. Even a little voice memo exchange between us can help bring you more clarity and momentum!

BALANCE

“It's time to look at areas of your life that could use a little balancing. It's hard because sometimes outside sources (i.e. work) can demand our full attention and allow little time for ourselves. The need for balance can come in all forms, not just work/life. How can you allow for more balance in your life, and what do you need to do to achieve it?”

Your prompts for BALANCE:

  • What’s my personal definition of balance?

  • Where do I already feel balanced?

  • Where do I feel out of balance?

  • What rituals or practices help me balance things out?

OCTOPUS

“Reaching, yearning, lacking balance & direction

The Octopus signifies a wonderfully perceptive mind, paired with a lack of healthy boundaries. Unfortunately this results in well-intended but messy relationships. The Octopus entwines itself into other people's business, and shares their own without restraint. They believe that's what it means to be "close." If you notice after spending time with someone that you feel drained or uneasy, the essence of Octopus is at play. Begin to establish healthy boundaries. Be patient and firm, it may be a very old habit to change.

When in balance: interested, engaged, intelligent
When out of balance: needy, clingy, lacks courage
To bring into balance: space to oneself, talk therapy”

Your prompts for OCTOPUS:

  • When do I have Octopus energy?

  • When do I encounter Octopus in others?

  • What boundaries help me maintain my own autonomy while still being available to the people who matter in my life?

ACE OF SWORDS

“Powerful Clarity

As the root of the swords, the Ace brings a great deal of raw power and energy. A sword cuts through a web of scaffolding, holding up all the cloudy pieces of our identity: perceptions, conversations, facts, dreams, and ideas. When the Ace of Swords appears in a reading, it means that a rare opportunity for clarity is near. It will cut through these subjective realities, revealing a truth, an insight, or a new approach for which you have been waiting. Pay close attention to your words and thoughts. Knowledge does give you power but without a little reflection, it can quickly turn into delusion.

Meaning: mental clarity, a great force at work, a fresh approach, strength, longterm success, determination, ambition”

Your prompts for ACE OF SWORDS:

  • Where in your life have you been craving a new approach?

  • When can you give yourself space for reflection?

  • Where are your delusions serving you?

  • Where are your delusions getting in the way?

Listen to Episode 221 of Celebrate Cultivate

  •  Hello, you are listening to Celebrate Cultivate. I'm your host, intuition coach and voice in your earbuds, Kaileen Elise  Sues.  I am back today with your monthly visioning practice. Take this as a moment to slow down. Zoom out and feel into what you actually want for the month ahead. We are talking practical reflections, goal setting that feels like a sigh of relief and guidance from an intuitive card poll.

The first part of this year has been a bit bonkers to say the least, so don't let March begin without a quick check-in. Aries season is loading. Fire horse energy is here. Spring is upon us, and my birthday is in March. So I always have a little bit of extra excitement and joy in all of my things because I mean, how could I not?

Speaking of spring, this episode is brought to you by Spring Forward, a three day live workshop coming up. We are gathering on Zoom, March 11th, 12th, and 13th from 12 to one 30 central time. Of course, replays will be shared for any and all of you who join but can't come to one or all of the live calls.

We'll work together to define your desires for work, health and identity. You'll release the shoulds that are holding you back and leave the workshop with a plan to put it all into action because like I said, this year started with a level of stress that none of us could have seen coming. But overwhelm just doesn't have to be your set point for 2026, like just 'cause this year started off in such a rocky way, doesn't mean that we're gonna scrap it altogether.

The energy and the seasons are shifting. You can start spring in momentum towards the things that actually matter to you. After spring forward, you're gonna walk. Into work, totally ready to enjoy your day. Even if you have a 9:00 AM on your calendar with your narcissistic boss, even if you have a dreaded circle back with that one client who cannot read the room to save their life, and it's not going to be because you're numb to the noise, because numbing isn't always the solution it's gonna be because you are delighted in a way that you would've.

Thought was silly or unprofessional. Before you dress with more carefree whimsy, you have crystals on your desk without feeling weird about it. You eat sushi in your car for lunch while watching. Love is blind. You doodle in the margins during your meetings, but you speak up with that brilliant idea at the perfect time.

You drive home after work, singing back in my body by Maggie Rogers at the top of your lungs, and you walk in the door feeling fulfilled, satisfied, and actually ready to switch into family mode. After spring forward, you'll be connected to yourself in a way you haven't been in a long time, and that confidence cannot help but spill over into your work.

You won't need checklists or new time management strategies. You just need to show up and do the work. When we gather. During spring forward, the doors are open right now just to the wait list, which gives you half off the regular price of 1 98. That means that you can join right now for just $99. Spots are limited, and the wait list price expires on Wednesday, March 4th.

There's a link in the show notes. To sign up or you can send me a DM on Instagram, I'm at Kayleen Elise, let me know if you have any questions or hesitations that you wanna talk through. I definitely wanna make sure that you feel good signing up because it's not fun to join things that you don't end up doing or you don't totally like.

So I'm here to answer your questions and help make sure it's the right choice for you. Because trust me, I have signed up for so many things in the last decade plus of being a person who listens to podcasts and loves following different, you know, leaders in wellness, in spirituality, in business. And I have bought the things and some of them are amazing and life changing and some of them are not.

Ultimately, you know, it is up to you to make that decision. But I also. Run spring forward before I'm running it this year, so I can help you with that and really just give you that space to know, okay, this is the right thing for me. So get in touch if you need to. Again, I'm at Kale Elise. Okay, now let's get into it.

If you're listening to this, the day it comes out, there's just a few days left in February. I know it was a short month. It is like, oh my gosh, how are we already to march? But when one month ends and another begins, it's a really good time to check in on any of those intentions or goals that you've set, but also to just get grounded in what's coming up for you right now.

If you don't do this. You'll be fine. You're gonna survive. It's okay. And there's definitely seasons of life where you don't have the time or the capacity or the desire to do these sorts of check-ins, but over time it becomes really easy to lose momentum or just feel like you're not getting anything done without reflecting, without looking back, and without making a solid.

Energetic plan, a solid logistical plan, a solid set of goals and intentions for the month ahead. So as you're listening to this episode, you can just kind of let my words flow through and around you as you're driving to school pickup or doing your laundry. Or out on a walk, or you can really make it a whole vibe and let this be a workshop in itself that you take for free by listening to me.

I will link in the show notes a post on Kaileen elise.com that goes with this episode with all of the prompts. I'm sharing the photos of the cards that we pull. Plus links to learn more about working with me this month. Any free resources that would be a, a good match with the conversation we're having today.

So you get to choose and you can do like a little bit of, of both, right? You can listen to this and then you can do your ritual later, whatever it is, just decide what's gonna work best for you with what you've got going on right now, and then trust. That that decision is the right one for you. So first we're gonna reflect on the past month.

I want you to think about how did the month of February feel? What was on your calendar? What happened? What surprises popped up? Like where was it good? Where was it? Bad. Where was it? Meh. And just mid, you know, like just really kind of wrapping your arms around for a minute. The month, looking at your calendar and your camera roll can be really helpful.

Things to just like wrap your brain around it. Because sometimes when somebody asks like, what did you do this weekend? And you're like, Ugh, I don't know. What did I do? This is exactly why. Taking a moment to pause and reflect can be so helpful because then all of a sudden you start to see like, oh, I really did do things.

If you set goals for February, if you set intentions for February, what were they like? Either write them down or revisit them. If you can remember it, great. If you need to go back and look at your journal or your notion dash, or wherever you're keeping your intentions and goals, like just go back and look at them and if you made a vision board for the month of February, give that a close look too.

Then ask yourself like, how did I live with my intentions? What progress did I make towards my goals? And what meanings or insights can you gather now from your vision board? If you took my visioning within Intuition workshop, which if you haven't taken it, you can purchase it right now, it's $88. Or you can get my free vision board templates that are just for Canva that you can use to, to make your own vision board, but.

If you took my, my class or you've done one a workshop with me in the past, then you know that sometimes when you're building your vision board, you don't always know exactly why you're drawn to a specific en energy or image. But when you look back at the month it there, there might be some interesting insights to gather.

So just again, give yourself a moment. It doesn't have to be this big like 45 minute thing of examining your vision board and like. Plotting it with your intentions and your goals, but just kind of give your, just give yourself a chance. If you wanna dive deeper, great. But sometimes it's just a matter of like checking in.

That's why we're calling it a check-in. Right. And then that last thing I want you to do as we're looking at February is. Pause, breathe, turn to your inner voice, because a lot of those other questions on the list are more mind focused, more logic and logistical focused. So then. We're gonna turn the tables, we're gonna focus on that inner voice and ask your intuition.

Ask your inner voice, what do you want me to know about February? And so once you've kind of gathered that, journaled on that, done the February wrap around. The next thing to do flows really nicely is to look at the month ahead. So we're looking at March. Before you get into the calendar and all of the like nitty gritty details, just broad strokes, how do you want March to feel?

You've been through March many, many times before. You've got a general sense for where you are in the year so far. So from just a gut feeling, how do you want this month ahead to feel? Then take a peek at that calendar. We know just based on, we've done this before, right? So you might have spring break, or maybe you have spring break in April.

There is a full moon on March 3rd, that's also a lunar eclipse. On March 18th, there's a new moon on March 20th, it's the spring equinox. So this month has a lot of energy, a lot of movement just from the moon and the seasons shifting. The time also shifts. So that's how I got my super cute name for Spring Forward, right is for the daylight savings time change here in America.

So join Spring forward or just remember to change your clocks or do both, but there's a lot kind of already on the calendar from just those things. And then I know it's the end of a quarter, you know, there's like already. In business, you've got meetings scheduled, you've got trips planned. So just again, look at what's on the calendar.

Where do you maybe need to secure childcare? Where are you fitting in your workouts? When do you wanna grab drinks with your girlfriends? You don't have to have it all mapped out yet, but just having a. Pulse on what's on the calendar is going to really help you set your intentions and set your goals. I had a, a podcast episode last week if you haven't listened to it all about setting intentions and goals.

So that would again, be a really nice resource for you or a refresh if you wanna go back and listen to that. If you are in the practice of making monthly vision boards, or you wanna give that a try, now is the time to do it for March so that you are coming into the month already feeling like you're set.

You've got the foundations, you've got your intentions, your goals, your vision board, and then of course that last step is to pivot and really get centered. Exhale. Exhale, exhale, and ask your inner voice. What do you want me to know about March? One of the things that I love about doing this practice on a monthly basis is it becomes cumulative.

So if this is the first time that you're trying this, just know it's gonna take you a little bit more time, or you might feel a little unsure about some of the parts of it. But over time, as you do this, it's going to build, you know, it's going to become more stable, more solid. You'll know like, oh, this is how I like to set goals.

These are the kind of intentions that feel good to me and. I am doing this episode on a monthly basis and have been for quite a while now, as just a reminder for you and for me that these are really useful practices and if you spend the 30 minutes that it takes to listen to this episode, even just.

Putting a pulse on these ideas and maybe spending, you know, five or 10 minutes looking back at February, five or 10 minutes. Looking forward at March, you're going to start to notice trends within yourself and things that pop up that you might be like, Hmm, that's interesting. Like I keep setting this particular intention to drink more water.

Why is this an intention that carries over month to month to month? Like, is that because I really. Love being hydrated? Or is it because I'm not actually like getting that thing down? And if it's, you know, the second, then you can get support, then you can examine like, okay, I, I need help with my hydration.

I need to get myself a, a nicer water bottle. I need to start adding in. Some electrolytes, or I gotta get some lemon and salt and make my own little vibey thing. And I'm using this as an analogy, but I mean, maybe it is hydration, but there are ways to just start to see like, oh, this is a pattern. And patterns aren't always a problem.

They aren't always something that you need to fix, but it can just be really helpful to see. Patterns and progress as you start to check in month over month. So let's get into the intuitive card reading for March, 2026. I've pulled three cards for this month. My intention as I'm pulling the cards is that they meet you where you are when you're listening to this.

So even if you are listening to this in some, you know, going through the archives. And it's, I don't know, December 20, 27. Hello. Thank you so much for joining us. This is, you know, a time capsule back into time and space, but it's March 20, 26. These are the cards that I pulled. For the listeners of this episode, we have a guiding emotion, guiding energy, and opportunity for expansion.

As I'm reading these cards, just explore what they mean to you, like how can they provide some insights and guidance? What questions do they stir up in you? And if you want to talk through your insights, your takeaways, DM me on Instagram, I'm at Kale Elise, or if you're a current client and we're on Voxer together, you can also just message me over there.

But I just want you to use these as a way to explore your inner knowings in a new way or to look at like how do these cards mirror, match, or support what my intentions and goals are for the month. So the first card we pulled is the guiding emotion. From the Prism, Oracle deck and the card we got is balance.

It's time to look at areas of your life that could use a little balancing. It's hard because sometimes outside sources like work can demand our full attention and allow little time for ourselves. The need for balance can come in all forms, not just work slash life. How can you allow for more balance in your life and what do you need to do to achieve it?

So that is a card. Now, my prompts for you to explore as you consider this. What's my personal definition of balance? Where do I already feel balanced? Where do I feel out of balance? What rituals or practices help me balance things out? If you know me, you know that I both love and think that balance is like a, a total joke.

Like it's not real to have everything at the same level at once, but equilibrium and feelings. Centered, feeling grounded, feeling balanced amongst everything happening in your life is certainly something that you can achieve. It just doesn't mean like running at a hundred percent in all arenas of life.

It's more like a mix, like a stew or a soup, a little bit of this, a little bit of that. Heavy on the carrots, light on the onions, right to your specific taste. What does balance mean to you? And it's gonna change in every season. Of nature and every season of life. So looking at the areas where you already feel balanced is gonna be really helpful because then it's at least like, okay.

For me, whenever I am feeling super out of balance, my immediate mental reaction is like, I suck at everything. And of course, that's not true. You don't suck at everything. That's impossible. So where are the places in life that you feel balanced, that you don't feel like you suck, that you can stand in your confidence and your power?

And then where are the places that you do feel like out of control and out of balance, and what can you do to find some more grounding and some more equilibrium in that? The next card we have is your guiding energy from the wild unknown animal spirit deck, and the card we pulled is octopus, reaching, yearning, lacking balance, and direction.

The octopus signifies a wonderfully perceptive mind. Paired with a lack of healthy boundaries. Unfortunately, this results in well-intended but messy relationships. The octopus entwines itself into other people's business and shares their own without restraint. They believe that's what it means to be close.

If you notice, after spending time with someone that you feel drained or uneasy, the essence of octopus is at play. Begin to establish healthy boundaries. Be patient and firm. It may be a very old habit to change when in balance the octopus is interested, engaged, intelligent. When out of balance, the octopus is needy.

Clingy lacks courage to bring into balance space to oneself talk therapy. And may I also add in a session with your intuition coach. So the prompts we have for octopus are, when do I have octopus energy? And when do I encounter octopus in others? What boundaries help me maintain my own autonomy while still being available to the people who matter in my life.

As I was reading this card, I, I mean, first of all, love that we've gotten the word balance in our first two cards, so interesting. What came to me is like we all have a little bit of octopus in us, right? Like and sometimes more than others in certain, again, life seasons or season is in nature. Or like your decades, like your different eras.

I used to have a lot more octopus in me than I do now, and part of that is just from learning that I'm. Kind of tired of telling certain stories and just having that trauma bond or, you know, spilling all of my secrets doesn't necessarily mean that I'm close with somebody. Real close connection comes from having your own autonomy, having your own safety and calm inside, and then sharing.

From that grounded place, and also being able to hold your boundaries with others who maybe are having a high octopus season. So just exploring that and maybe not taking any action in it, but just kind of observing your own energy and your own experience with the wisdom from the octopus could be really helpful for you this month.

Last card, we have the opportunity for expansion from the Fountain Tarot deck, and we pulled Ace of Swords, powerful clarity. As the root of the swords, the ace brings a great deal of raw power and energy. A sword cuts through a web of scaffolding, holding up all the cloudy pieces of our identity, perceptions, conversations, facts, dreams, and ideas.

When the Ace of Swords appears in a reading, it means that a rare opportunity for clarity is near, it will cut through the subjective. Realities revealing a truth, an insight, or a new approach for which you have been waiting? Pay close attention to your words and thoughts. Knowledge does give you power, but without a little reflection, it can quickly turn into delusion.

The meaning of this card is mental clarity. A great force at work, a fresh approach, strength. Long-term success, determination, and ambition, so prompts for you to consider where in your life have you already been craving a new approach? So even before hearing this card, like where do you know that you've been a little bit stuck or stagnant and wanting a new perspective or a new approach?

When can you give yourself space for reflection? Maybe this episode counts, or maybe you wanna give yourself more time. What delusions are serving you and where are they getting in the way? When I read this little delusions moment, it made me, you know, think about how sometimes being de Lulu is amazing.

It is exactly what you need to get through the day or to dream bigger or dream beyond where you are right now. And sometimes our delusions really do get in the way. So just exploring that, considering it, opening the door to insight and perspective there. Could be really fun to explore as you look through the cards, as you look through your reflections for February and your goals and your intentions for March, I'm curious where you see any dots connecting.

Any questions that are coming up, if you want to talk it through with me, literally you are listening. I am available. Send me a message on Instagram. I'm at Kele Elise, and it is one of my favorite things to connect with listeners who I totally consider friends, and yeah, I just, I love this community and I wanna talk to you.

So let me know what's coming up for you. Where can I offer some support? I'm here for you. Like I said, last week's episode was all about setting goals and setting intentions. So if you wanna go back and listen to that, you might really enjoy it. I have that free journal with Intuition Workshop that will walk you through how to journal with your intuition, if that's something that you want to explore, and those free vision board templates.

So if you are craving a new vibe for your desktop background on your computer or your phone. Wallpaper. The vision boards can just really shift things every time you touch your phone, like you're connecting to the visions that you have for your life. And that's just a really fun thing to do. I've really enjoyed it.

And then of course, you can meet with me one-on-one. We have one-on-one sessions open in March. I think I just have like four spots available. So. If you want to have an hour of answers where we get into your inner voice, your inner wisdom that is open to new clients and to past clients, and if you mention this podcast when you book, I'll add in an intuitive card reading as a gift.

So similar to the reading that we just. Did but specific to you, and I pull those cards after the session so I'm able to record the reading. It's an audio for you to listen to and help connect the dots of like what the questions that your mind had, what your inner voice shared, and then what we're seeing in the cards.

The feedback I've gotten from those has been really positive. People are loving it, and I would love to do one for you as well. And then finally. Stop second guessing your life choices. Stop second guessing everything that you're doing and really focus on what actually feels good for you this season.

Join spring forward at that wait list price. It's $99 and I really can't wait to see you there. Thank you so much for listening. Come say hi to me on Instagram. I'm at Kale. Elise and I will be back next week with an episode about energy givers. Energy takers and how naming them can help you struggle less.

Through the hard times and the sticky times in life, and flow with more joy and ease in the good times. I can't wait to get into all of that with you, and I will talk to you then.
