Your visioning practice for June 2026

This is a time to check in with yourself. Celebrate progress and cultivate momentum.

Take a photo of your vibey setup (tag me @kaileenelise), then brick your phone (referral) for 20 minutes of presence.

First, reflect on the past month / May:

  • How did May feel? What happened?

  • If you set intentions + goals, what were they?

  • If you made a vision board for the month, give it a look.

  • How did you embody your intentions?

  • Did you achieve your goals?

  • What insights can you gather from your vision board?

  • Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about May?”

Now, look at the month ahead / June:

Now, your intuitive card reading: June 2026

I pulled three cards: a guiding emotion, guiding energy, and opportunity for expansion. As you listen to the reading, feeling into what these cards mean to you. What resonates? What doesn’t? What makes you feel like, “Wow… wait. That’s exactly what I needed to hear!”

If you want to talk through the reading with someone, send me a DM on Instagram @kaileenelise. Even a quick voice memo exchange can help bring clarity.

THE VOID

“The void can be a scary and dark place. Total nothingness. You may feel like you can get lost here. But when you are lost in this land of nothingness, it is important to remember that you can fill this space. What is it that you are looking to fill your life with? Is it certain types of people? A new project? How can you take action towards it? The void is only a temporary space, and it's ready to be filled by you.”

Your prompts for THE VOID:

  • What happens inside the void?

  • What invisible actions and invisible forces exist there?

  • How do you want to fill this temporary space?

LIZARD

Instinctual, sensitive to the subtle, dreamer

“The Lizard is an expert in the realm of sensory perception. As if it has a sixth sense, the Lizard hears what is yet to be spoken, and sees what is yet to manifest. Although this is an amazing gift, it can easily wear the Lizard down. Big crowds, lots of travel, or overstimulation will drain a Lizard of their magical essence. This card is an indication to pull back from the bright lights and big city... and return to the inner artist, who's been whispering your name.”

Your prompts for LIZARD:

  • What are you ready to pull back from?

  • What creative project or pursuit is calling to you?

  • What do you need to do to begin?

PAGE OF CUPS

A Waking Self

“A young child sits alone with a magical box. As he plays, he begins to imagine who he is as a person. Though the emotions may be immature and the thoughts naive, it is the dawning of spiritual awareness. The Page of Cups can be as confusing to himself as he is to everyone else, but there is something new happening within him and he is doing his best to describe it. His ideas seem excessive and implausible, but they contain glimpses of truth that will illuminate his spirit.”

Your prompts for PAGE OF CUPS:

  • What visions do you hold for yourself in the future?

  • What ideas do you have that may seem excessive or implausible?

  • What new happening is on the horizon?

Listen to Episode 233 of Celebrate Cultivate

  •  Hello. You are listening to Celebrate Cultivate. I am your host, intuition coach, and voice in your earbuds, Kaileen Elise Sues. It is June, y'all, and we are back with a monthly visioning practice to help you arrive to the month with clarity, intention, and honestly, whatever else you want to arrive to this month with.

Listening to this episode is your chance to tune into yourself and determine what truly matters and what you want this month. Even if it's a week or two into June when you actually catch this episode, just know that's totally okay. So often we feel like we've missed the boat or we're behind when we don't do our new month things on the 1st, especially in a month like June where the 1st was on a Monday, but I just don't think that's true, and everybody's experience of the days of the week and this time of year is so unique to your own personal experience that it's fine if you don't do it exactly on time, whatever on time is defined by.

Right? So whenever you're listening to this, just trust that it is actually the right time right now. There's wisdom for you here. We're gonna get into the practical journal prompts to help you reflect on last month. I'll give you some ideas for how to set your intentions and goals for this month. Plus, I'm gonna give you an intuitive card reading so that you can dive even deeper into your inner wisdom, but also into the wisdom of the cards.

But first, just a little bit of a personal check-in. Things have been going really well for me, I think. It's, like, a nice time of year in the sense that the end of school is now here. My kids are out of school, so summer schedules have arrived even though we've still got a little bit of time before the summer solstice.

We are starting to make plans for summer travel. I've got a whole slate of camps for the kids, plus we still have our nanny who is, you know, helping all the time at the house with our youngest, but also in running the big kids to camps and picking up and all of the things that she does. So we have a lot of support.

There's a lot of structure, and yet it does feel like summer is a sweaty time where things are constantly different and changing constantly. I've gotten really into reading lately, and that's been super fun. I've been going on morning walks for l- at least a half hour, but my goal is to get in an hour each day.

And I've been calling it my memoir hour, so I've been listening to some great memoirs. I also completed last month this workshop that my friend Xanthe was hosting called It Starts With Stories. So if you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw a dramatic uptick in my Instagram presence because I was following all of her prompts and guidance.

It's a, a funny reminder to me that when I am prompted and guided, I take action , which is like duh. But it's just like it's a nice thing to recognize, and it's a nice thing to, to know about myself. And I know that the same is true for so many of you. As an example, there are so many of you in this community, my one-on-one clients, my members of A Year of You, even just like the casual listeners, you don't expressly need my assistance in connecting to your intuition.

You may think that you need my help, and certainly having my help is of huge value, and I understand that. But one of the reasons why it's such a huge value is because once we commit to something, once we pay somebody for something, once we hold space for something, then we deliver on it. We take action on it.

We do it. And so I just wanna invite you as you're looking at your summer and as you're thinking about the month of June, really take a quick assessment. It doesn't have to take hours on end to come to this conclusion, but really just look at, like, what are the things that you want? And what are the things that you care about?

And then what are you doing to get some sort of support, accountability? You know, if it's just texting with a friend or your sister about what's going on with your health. Like, if you're trying to work out more, then maybe you do... or you're trying to eat more vegetables. Like, maybe you just do a little daily check-in with your sister.

This is actually an idea that a friend of mine is doing right now, and it's making a huge impact. Or maybe it's sharing on Instagram or sharing with a coach or hiring somebody or joining a program with the express intention and purpose of committing to something and, and making an impact on your life and your habits.

Not that we always need that external accountability, but I do think that we are social creatures who do really enjoy being witnessed and supported by others. So that is something that I've been noticing more in myself. It's just, like, really nice. The more I've been sharing on Instagram about my memoir hour and taking these walks It's made me wanna show up and do it more consistently.

And then I've heard from really close friends and clients that now they're like, "Hey, maybe I should take a longer walk or be more consistent with my walks," because they've seen me do it. And so then it has this, like, community effect where you are personally doing something that's important to you, and then you are sharing it, or you're asking for support, and that inspires others to then do the same, either with that same action or something totally different.

So just wanted to put that out there in case there is something that you've been wanting to commit to, you've been wanting to try. And of course, if getting support from me about your intuition, your inner voice, the inner voice of your business, like what exactly should you or do you want to make a priority this season, those are the types of things that we can get into in a one-on-one session.

So if you're interested in that, I'll put a link in the show notes to schedule something with me, or we can just chat in the DMs over on Instagram. I'm @kaileenelyse, and we can go back and forth on whether or not, you know, it's a good idea for you to make that a priority right now. Okay. Now let's get into your visioning practice for June 2026.

First, I want you to reflect on the past month. So look back and try to gather some information, some real data, but also check in with your intuition. When you do this reflection practice, you're gonna get a sense of progress and forward momentum that you wouldn't get if you didn't do this right now. So even if it feels like you're behind on everything, or you're always chasing your tail, I really recommend just pausing to look at the month of May.

And ask yourself these questions: How did May feel? At first, it might be like, "Well, it felt like I was behind and chasing my tail." That's fine. It's okay to be honest. You don't have to, like, say something that isn't true. Then what I want you to do is look at what exactly happened in the month of May. It helps to look back at your calendar or take a scroll through your inbox.

Honestly, I find it really useful in this stage of my life and my business to look at my outbox. Like, the emails that I actually sent in a month show a much clearer picture of, like, what actually happened versus the inbox, which can be quite chaotic. Also look at your photo roll, like what is in your camera roll right now, and maybe that includes looking at your Instagram feed or what other business, you know, metrics that you have.

But just take stock of like what actually happened last month. And then if you set intentions or you set goals or you made a vision board, check in with those things. How did you embody your intentions? Did you achieve the goals that you set? How does the vision board that you made for May feel as you look at it now?

And then the question is always like, why? Why did you or how did you embody your intentions? Like, h- why did you not? You know, like, all of these like secondary questions can kind of give you even more information. So maybe you didn't achieve any of your goals, but you feel really, really good about the month, so maybe those goals are something you can carry into the next month, or maybe you just drop them because they're not relevant anymore.

And then finally, the last prompt as you're reflecting is to ask your inner voice, "What do you want me to know about May?" Now, this can be in journaling, this can be in the shower, this can be in a session with me, right? Like, there's so many different ways to tap into your inner voice, and you can just do it right now.

Like, you can pause and exhale and just listen to your inner voice. What do you want me to know about the month of May? And then you're gonna pivot and you're going to look at the month ahead. How do you want this month, June, to feel? Like, what are those feelings that you're craving, that you're desiring?

And then look at the calendar again. Like, what's on the schedule? What do you have booked? What are you doing? And what's on the agenda? What's on the to-do list? Based on all of that, then you can start to set your intentions, set your goals, and set your visions for the month ahead. And then finally, ask your inner voice, "What do you want me to know about June?"

Now, I highly recommend, as you're going through this practice, to jot these things down in a place that you can reference later, because it is very helpful when you're reflecting on June, when we are in July, to be able to really look back at these things, reference them, instead of being like, "Okay, I think I set intentions, but I'm not sure," or, "I know I wanted to eat healthier, but I didn't really define it, so I don't really know if I did it," right?

Like, if you set the intention or you set the goal to introduce three new vegetables to your dinner routine, and then you name that you want to start cooking asparagus in a different way, or you'd like to have the kids try artichokes. You know, if you are able to kind of clearly define the goal in a deeper way, as silly or ridiculous as it may feel to write down, "Cook asparagus in a new way," like, then at the end of the month, if you did that, you can really say, "I hit my goal."

And this works obviously with business, with relationships, with all sorts of goals. And another thing that I really try to do personally is to make sure that I have kind of like an overarching intention for the month that relates to the goals that I'm setting, and I usually try to have one goal for each category of my life, in just general terms, broken down into my health or body, my work, my relationships, like family or whatever, and then something just for me, like something for my personal satisfaction.

And once I finish a month, I can clearly see like, oh, maybe this month, like, family really crowded out the rest of it. That happens, but as a whole, like in a quarter or a year or in a five-year period or a 10-year period, in a lifetime, there is like some semblance of balance. Maybe. Who knows? It's just a theory of mine, but maybe it's something that you wanna try.

All right, now we're going to switch into our intuitive card reading for this month. I pulled three cards for us. So one is a guiding emotion, the next is a guiding energy, and finally, an opportunity for expansion. So as you listen to me go through the reading, just feel into what these cards mean for you.

Ask yourself, like, what is resonating, maybe what isn't resonating, and if there's anything that makes you feel like, "Okay, hold on a second. How did she know that?" Or, "That message is exactly for me," those are the things that you wanna really tune into. And if you wanna talk through this reading or share with me what lands, that's what I'm here for.

I love having these conversations. You can send me a DM over on Instagram. I'm @kaileenelyse. So first, the guiding emotion is from the Prism Oracle deck, and we have the void. The void can be a scary and dark place, total nothingness. You may feel like you can get lost here, but when you are lost in this land of nothingness, it is important to remember that you can fill this space.

What is it that you are looking for to fill your life with? Is it certain types of people? A new project? How can you take action towards it? The void is only a temporary space, and it's ready to be filled by you. So typically with each card, I provide journal prompts for you to reflect on, but this card has such great prompts built into it, we're not gonna add to that.

So the questions are, what is it that you're looking to fill your life with? Is it certain types of people? A new project? How can you take action towards it? And the funny thing about this is as I was giving you my personal reflection and kind of giving you that open invitation to explore what you want and set up some accountability and that sort of thing, I did not remember or realize that we were going to read this card.

So feels very aligned to be reaching this point. The next card is that guiding energy. It's from the Wild Unknown Animal Spirit deck, and we pulled the lizard. Lizard is instinctual, sensitive to the subtle, dreamer. The lizard is an expert in the realm of sensory perception. As if it has a sixth sense, the lizard hears what is yet to be spoken and sees what is yet to manifest.

Although this is an amazing gift, it can easily wear the lizard down. Big crowds, lots of travel, or overstimulation will drain a lizard of their magical essence. This card is an indication to pull back from the bright lights and big city and return to the inner artist who's been whispering your name So the prompts are what are you ready to pull back from what creative project or pursuit is calling to you and what do you need to do to begin?

In the show notes, I'll also link to an episode that's from the archives of the podcast about your rescue and reset rhythms, because it might be impossible this time of year to pull back from big crowds, and lots of s- travel, and overstimulation as those are things that are relatively common through the summer.

So if that is something that you are encountering, all you really want to do is make sure that you're also implementing some reset and rescue rhythms so that you can repair and reclaim your energy after those things so that you have the energy to pursue a creative project or to look at something that's been calling to you in a deeper way.

All right, last card from the pull is an opportunity for expansion from The Fountain tarot deck, and we got Page of Cups, Awaking Self. A young child sits alone with a magical box.

His ideas seem excessive and implausible, but they contain glimpses of truth that will illuminate his spirit. The prompts are, what visions do you hold for yourself in the future?

What ideas do you have that may seem excessive or implausible? And what is happening on your horizon? Something that I really like to do with my clients in one-on-one sessions, but then also in our group coaching program, A Year of You, is to tune into those future and past versions of you to gain insight on what's happening now.

So along with the prompts and reflecting on this card, you might want to check in with your 88-year-old self or your eight-year-old self to see what wisdom they have to offer. And I believe I have a podcast episode about that as well, so I will do my best to find it in the archives and include that also in the show notes in case you want to explore that practice and the concept a little bit deeper.

So that's it for this episode. Thank you as always for tuning in to these conversations and the reflections that they bring up. It's been really nice to connect with so many of you in the DMs and via email. I really, really appreciate when you reach out to me and let me know that you're listening and share with me what's landed.

If you have been wanting to work with me, I do have a few openings for one-on-one sessions this summer, but it is pretty limited. So if you want to have a one-on-one session and you can't find a time on the calendar that works for you, send me an email or send me a DM so that we can try to find a time that will work.

I'm also in the process of quietly opening the doors to A Year of You, which is my signature year-long program where you get one-on-one sessions with me each quarter, group calls that we call Together Sessions, and a whole suite of seasonal resources that include meditations and journal prompts and guided rituals, along with ongoing Voxer support.

We currently have 12 women in the group, and some of them are in their second or third years in the program. So the really cool thing about that is that when I set up A Year of You, of course, the intention was for you to give yourself an entire year in the practice of prioritizing your intuition, your inner voice.

And then what has transpired over the years is that many of the members want to come back for another year, because you're constantly changing and evolving. And while it does sometimes seem like progress is slow, there is so much progress to be made in listening to your intuition, and it makes such a huge difference when you're in a space of support with me one-on-one, but then also in community of others who are also prioritizing their intuition in their relationships, in their lives, in their work.

And so it's just a very supportive thing to be a participant of. And I wanted to share what one of the recent renewals, one person who signed up for another year, what she said when she signed up. Her email says, "I'm so happy to be doing another year with you. I am very excited. A Year of You has such a positive impact on who I am and who I am becoming.

After a session with you, I can feel a difference in myself at home, at work, and with interactions with others. It is definitely worth investing. I'm so happy. Thank you for all that you do." So if you are interested in learning more and joining us, click the link in the show notes, or just send me a DM on Instagram I'm @kaileenelise, and I will be back next week with a new episode. It is our first interview of the season. I cannot wait to share this conversation with you, and I will be back then.
