MYSTERY

Guiding emotion from the Prism Oracle Deck (affiliate)

“It's ok to not have all of the answers. Or know exactly what is happening or will happen. When this card arises, embrace and honor the mystery. Let things happen, and unfold as they need to.”

Your prompts for mystery:

  • What does honoring the mystery mean to you?

  • Where in your life can you let things happen more?

DRAGONFLY

Guiding energy from The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit Deck (affiliate)

“Master of light, illusion, and the mind

The Dragonfly is an ancient and ethereal creature that awakens a sense of wonder in all. The Dragonfly is a symbol of the mind—as it is always moving, shifting, shimmering, and changing. When the Dragonfly card appears it's worth considering the quality of your mind and perception. Are they restless or still? Dream-like or crystal clear? The situation at hand may be different than it appears at first glance... the Dragonfly reminds us to calm the mind so the light of wisdom can shine through.

When in balance: sees clearly, joyful, magical
When out of balance: can't concentrate, busy mind
To bring into balance: focus on the breath”

Your prompts for dragonfly:

  • What is the quality of your mind and perception?

  • What actions help you calm the mind?

  • When you do, what wisdom shines through?

EXPANSION: TEN OF SWORDS

Opportunity for expansion from the Fountain Tarot Deck

“Final Release

A man crouches on his knees, surrendered, exposed, and pierced throughout his body. The sun (either rising or setting) hints at an ending and a new beginning. The Ten of Swords represents a conversation or a view in your mind that has grown very, very old—past the point of being useful. Rest assured, you (and others) have struggled with it long enough. Let it go. A conversation that was once about possibility has now become stale and lifeless. No one can force you to give it up, but surrendering this idea will create space for something new and it may just change your life.”

Your prompts for ten of swords:

  • What old patterns, thoughts, and even dreams are you ready to release?

  • What will it mean for you to truly give it up?

Listen to Episode 218 of Celebrate Cultivate

  •  Hello, you are listening to Celebrate Cultivate. I'm your host, intuition coach and voice in your earbuds. Kaileen Elise Sues. February is here and thank goodness for it. January was a rough one for a lot of us, for lots of different reasons. The winter storms and school cancellations definitely did not help the vibes, especially as all our eyes and hearts have been on the situation in Minnesota with ice and just.

The, I mean it, it's so hard to even like put words to this, but the unbelievable like reality of things, how bad they are, how they've gotten this way, the Epstein files like more of that just keeps coming out and it feels so unreal and yet it is real and we're trying to balance and. Stay informed and taking all that information while also like living life and raising children and trying to be a good human.

And then also, like, I can't stop seeing like GLP one advertisements everywhere I turn. So then it, you know, it's like aging and health and all of these things. Just kind of like coming at you from left and right and feeling like you're not doing. Anything enough, feeling like you're not doing anything right.

Wanting to make a bigger impact in your community and in your home, and then trying to, you know, do a paint by number because that is what is bringing you joy right now. It's, it's confusing and it's hard to wrap your arms around all of it, so. This episode here is going to be your February visioning practice.

We're gonna keep it short. I'm going to keep it kind of light, hopefully, because I do believe that there is real value to. All sides of life, like the really deep and important and kind of like reality of things, like that's super important. And it's important to enjoy the softer sides of things and have a laugh and make art and connect with your friends and love your children, not out of a.

Desperation for them to be good people someday, even though that's really what we want. But also just an appreciation for the quirky, weird little goblins that they are right now. Like I just, I. It's life is a lot y'all. And I just wanna be a source of encouragement and inspiration and I definitely, you know, feel as though we all have space to learn and grow and change and be.

Activists in our own ways, but I think there's a lot of different ways for that to look. And so if you are grappling with what that means for, you know, that grappling is part of it. It really is, and we have to, we have to be in the messy and we have to kind of figure things out for ourselves and then be open to knowing that we know nothing.

So that's a, a bit of. Of here and there for where we are right now. For me personally, when I look back at January, it was a month that felt quite long and short. There were highs and there were lows in work. In my, in my work, there were a lot of really special moments, and I feel like January. Did start the year off on a excellent foot.

Like I feel very excited about work. I'm so. Hmm. Proud. I'm proud of all of the, the groundwork and the foundations that I've laid over the years of learning and exploring and editing and changing and elevating, and all questioning, like all of these things that I've been doing over the many, many years that I've been in this work, which is like, I mean, five years now is not, not a short period of time.

But it's not forever. Like I, I don't know everything, but I have really kind of come to a place where I do know some things and I do know what works for me. And one of the things I wanted to share is that two of the women who are currently in a year of, you live in Minnesota, they're raising families and they're working in Minnesota right now.

And they've both shared on our group calls, but then also with me personally about. Their experiences and what it's been like to live there and be involved in their communities. They have offered their stories to our group, but then also come to me for a bit of personal support, which again, you know, this is not revolutionary information I'm sharing with them, but it's about fitting in ways for them to take care of themselves.

In a time when they're focusing so much on their families and on their communities. So it's been a lot of like, I'm having a hard time releasing the tension in my body and getting my, my mind out of the news loop and all of that. And so just really kind of reminding them that. They need to put their phones down and that they need to take a hot shower or go for a walk or make a piece of art or do whatever it is, cook something to help them get grounded back into their lives.

And so it's a both and it's not an either or. And I think when there are these times of crisis in the news and so much information coming at us, it can feel like again, like we're not doing enough. But if you are able to pause and breathe and acknowledge the body of your work and the amount of time and energy that you've given to the things that are important to you over your lifetime, and I feel like maybe your perspective might shift a little, or it might open the door for you to get more clear on what exactly.

Are the things that are really important to you in your personal life, in your community, in the world, and then how can you make changes that will have an impact in the long run? And again, this is like a, a longer term vision and sometimes when we're scrolling the news on Instagram, it can feel like we must act now.

And I'm not saying not to, but I'm just saying there's both. So again. For me personally, one of the things that I am celebrating is that I hosted two really amazing vision board workshops in January. One was at the paper and craft pantry here in Austin. There was a group of amazing women who came around a table, cut a bunch of things out of magazines and left with the most beautiful and inspiring and colorful and vibrant vision boards.

So honestly like. These last two vision board workshops that I've hosted, the best vision boards have come out of it. I'm so like impressed with every one of my students. The other one I hosted was virtual, and you can still purchase that one now. If you want access to it, it's $88. There's a link to purchase it in the show notes.

And even if you're not in the mood to vision board right now, like you're still catching up on life or you've already set your visions for this year or. With everything happening, it just doesn't feel like this is the practice that you want to be spending your time on right now. That's totally fine, but setting your visions in alignment with your intuition is something that you can do whenever your visions do need a refresh.

So you can purchase this workshop now and then have it for your birthday or for when the seasons shift from winter to spring, or you know, if you wanted to do it for a new month. Like February, now is the time, or perhaps you wanna do it for a new quarter when April comes, or you're shifting in your career and you want to make a, a vision board with your intuition that's in alignment with that change in your work.

Or maybe a project or a fresh relationship. You name it. There are a million different. Reasons and timeframes why you might want to create a new vision board, and the workshop will help you craft your own unique approach to vision boarding that's rooted in your intuition, that's inspired by your desires, and that calls in your dreams to.

You. Okay. Let's get to your visioning practice for February, 2026. This is your time to pause, to check in with yourself and to really get a sense of progress and forward momentum. So even when the weather is as crazy as it has been, when life feels like you are both wrapping up from the holiday still and booking summer camps, and it's just like, how am I.

Doing both of these things at the same time. When so much is happening in our greater community and in our local communities, it's really important more than ever for us to check in with ourselves and also to make plans so that we can take aligned action. So first, reflect on the past month. Take a look at January.

Here are some prompts for you to reflect on. How did January feel? What actually happened in January? What were your intentions? How did you embody them? Did you achieve the goals that you set for yourself? And then as you're reflecting on all of that, the last question is to ask your inner voice. What do you want me to know about January?

And after you reflect on that, then it's a good time to look at the month ahead. So then you're gonna ask yourself, how do you want February to feel? What's on the calendar for February? What are the intentions that you're setting for this month? What are the goals that you're setting? And what are the differences between intentions and goals?

You know, that is going to depend on you, but I do have a, a workshop coming up in March called Spring Forward, and that's one of the things that we'll look at is intentions and goals, what the differences, how to set each. So if that's something that you're wanting more support with, get on the wait list for that as you're.

Wrapping up your visions for February. The last question you'll ask is your inner voice. Ask it. What do you want me to know about February? I. Then of course, as with all of these monthly visioning practices, I pulled three cards for you. One's a guiding emotion. The next is guiding energy, and the third is an opportunity for expansion.

So as you listen to this reading, just explore what these cards mean to you. If you have any questions or wanna talk through your personal insights, just send me a DM on Instagram. I'm at Kaileen Elise, and we can go back and forth on like what these cards mean to you personally. And of course, you can go to the show notes for today's episode.

Click the link and it'll take you over to my website where I have all of the prompts, all of the questions written out along with the photo of the cards, so you can kind of go through this step by step. If you're enjoying having the words in front of you, then that's where you'll find them. Okay, so first the guiding emotion from the Prism, Oracle deck.

We got mystery. It's okay not to have all the answers or know exactly what is happening or what will happen when this card arises. Embrace and honor the mystery. Let things happen and unfold as they need to. The prompts that you can ask yourself for this card are, what does honoring the mystery mean to you, and where in your life can you let things happen more?

Next, we have the guiding energy from the wild unknown animal spirit deck, and we got. The dragonfly master of light illusion and the mind, the Dragonfly is an ancient and ethereal creature that awakens a sense of wonder in all. The dragonfly is a symbol of the mind as it is always moving, shifting, shimmering, and changing when the dragonfly card appears.

It's worth considering the quality of your mind and perception, are they restless or still dreamlike or crystal clear? The situation at hand may be different than it appears. At first glance, the dragonfly reminds us to calm the mind so the light of wisdom can shine through. When in balance, the dragonfly sees clearly joyful, magical, when out of balance, can't concentrate busy mind to bring into balance.

Focus on the breath. The prompts for this card to reflect on and to ask yourself are what is the quality of your mind and perception? That question was so good. I had to ask it again. What actions help you calm the mind? So the suggestion, and this was to focus on the breath, but what can you actually do?

That helps you calm the mind, and when your mind is calm, what wisdom shines through. Finally, we have the opportunity for expansion from the Fountain Tarot deck, and the card is 10 of Swords final release. A man crouch on his knees, surrendered, exposed, and pierced throughout to his body. The sun either rising or setting.

Hints at an ending and a new beginning. The 10 of Swords represents a conversation or a view in your mind that has grown very, very old past the point of being useful. Rest assured, you and others have struggled with it long enough. Let it go. A conversation that was once about possibility has now become stale and lifeless.

No one can force you to give it up, but surrendering This idea will create space for something new and it may just change your life. The meaning of this card is an end to an outdated way of thinking or being. Surrender, betrayal, forgiveness of self and others. Liberation from the past. So the prompts for you to reflect on here are what old patterns, thoughts, or even dreams are you ready to release, and what will it mean for you to truly give it up?

As I look at these three cards together, it really does feel like we are at a pivot point, which aligns with the lunar New year and just the shift in in calendar year. You know, we're still very much going from last year to this year. From the year of the snake to the year of the horse. I'm not an expert in any of this.

I know that numerology we're also making a big change. At least that's what I've heard. And just personally for me, I always feel a big shift come around March, because my birthday is at the end of March and I do kind of feel like spring. Well, Aries is the first in the Zodiac calendar. Right. So it just feels like.

Wherever you land in the choose your own adventure of when is the start of something new. It could be today, it can be any day, but it does kind of feel like we're in this phase of closing out some old things, opening up to something new. And what I talk about in the vision boarding workshop actually is that in that practice of pulling.

Images that speak to you, but you don't know why necessarily. Sometimes you do, but sometimes you're pulling images and it's just sparking interest, sparking curiosity. That's how you create a vision that's in alignment with desires that you have. Deep inside that you maybe don't have the context for yet.

You don't have the language and the understanding or the experience for yet, but it's coming. It's on the horizon, and one of the things that we have to do in order to make space for something new is get rid of the old. So if you feel like you're shedding, if you feel like you're. Releasing and you're trying to do that alongside so much noise and chaos in the world and in your homes.

Then maybe it would be nice for you to book a one-on-one coaching session in February. These sessions are called an hour of answers because the whole purpose of that time is to help you get the answers you need from inside. So when you schedule an hour and answers. The goal is to clear the outside noise and face the questions you've been spiraling over personally, the ones that are like really at the top of your mind, and then to get guidance from your inner wisdom so that you can make moves, you can make aligned decisions and choices in your work, in your worth, in your wellbeing.

The price for an hour of answers is $444, and when you book, you'll get. A set of pre-session prompts to answer so that we're on the same page about what you want and what you need to get out of our time together. And then we'll spend 60 minutes on Zoom. It's audio only so you can be as cozy and comfortable as you can.

Many of my clients lay down during their sessions and you'll get those answers from your intuition after the call. I send you the recording so you can listen to it later on. Plus I share detailed notes on what came through, so you can put those insights into action. I have just five spots open in February, so if you're interested, visit kale elise.com/session or click the link in the show notes to book.

And if you mention this podcast episode when you schedule it, I'll add an intuitive card reading after your session as a special gift. Thank you so much for listening. If you enjoy, celebrate, cultivate, if spending time together is one of your weekly ish rituals. I know I've missed a few weeks here and there this, so far this year because of school cancellations and whatnot.

But if this is a place that you enjoy spending your time, take a moment to leave a review of the show on Apple Podcasts. I would so appreciate your kind words and feedback. And of course I am always available at Kaileen Elise on Instagram for your feedback, for your questions. I love spending time on Instagram, especially when it is with you, so thank you for those of you who are already in my dms chatting with me.

It feels like we have a real connection there and, and I just really appreciate it. I hope that February. Is a pivot point for you and that this visioning practice is a supportive way for you to kind of get in the direction that you really want to get going in this year. I'll be back soon, next week with another episode.

Until then, thank you and have a beautiful, beautiful day.
