Your visioning practice for November 2026
This is a time to check in with yourself. Celebrate progress and cultivate momentum.
This is my favorite combo of analog and digital: Open Journal from Wilde House Paper and Xanthe Appleyard’s Leisure Ethic Planner on Notion.
Light incense. I’m still burning through my stash from Gentle Habits.
Put on some music. Find a playlist that fits your mood on my Spotify.
Pour a drink. Espresso, hot lemon water, or splash of wine all pair perfectly with this practice.
Take a photo of your vibey setup (tag me @kaileenelise), then brick your phone for 20 minutes of presence.
First, reflect on the past month / October:
How did October feel? What happened in the month?
If you set intentions for October, what were they? And how did you embody them?
If you set goals for October, what were they? Did you achieve them? What progress did you make? Why? Why not?
If you made a vision board for the month ,what do you see now when you look at it?
Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about October?”
Now, look at the month ahead / November:
How do you want November to feel? And what’s on your calendar?
What are your intentions for November?
What are your goals?

Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about November?”
Now, your intuitive card reading: November 2026
I pulled three cards for us: a guiding emotion from Prism Oracle Deck, a guiding energy from The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit Deck, and opportunity for expansion from the Fountain Tarot Deck.
As you listen, see what these cards mean to you. What lands? What doesn’t? What makes you feel like the cards are reading your mind? And what questions do they bring up?
GUIDING EMOTION: LOVE
“This card is very simple. When it comes up just know that you are love and you are loved. Love is everywhere, you just need to embrace it.”
Your prompts for LOVE:
What can I do to embrace love?
To embody love?
To let more love in this month?
GUIDING ENERGY: GAZELLE
Heightened awareness and ability, vulnerable
“The Gazelle represents supreme grace. With every move, this awe-inspiring beauty emits sophistication and elegance. Gazelle personalities are often hyper-aware of their surroundings (bordering on hyper-vigilant), and this can inhibit them from enjoying the beauty they've spent so much effort cultivating. No more worrying about all those predators out there in the wild—when this card appears it's time to get back to the present moment. Sit down, find your breath, and acknowledge the bounty that surrounds you. Let it nourish your gentle spirit.”
Your prompts for GAZELLE:
How can I soften my gaze, release the tendency towards hyper-vigilance?
What efforts and beauty in my life are calling for acknowledgement?
How can I linger more in the bounty that surrounds me?
OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPANSION: FOUR OF CUPS
Blind Disillusion
“A man slumps in a corner, brooding over his current situation. What once had satisfied him now brings boredom and discontent. He waivers between self-reflection and disillusionment but is dangerously close to melancholy. As he stews in his emotions, his ability to see another option is clouded. If he can shake the self-pity, he will remember that he has options and the bounty around him will start to become obvious again. When the Four of Cups appears in your reading, quit focusing on the empty cups; possibility is closer than you think.”
Your prompts for FOUR OF CUPS:
What’s currently boring me or bringing discontentment?
What are the empty cups I’ve been focusing on?
How can I shake the self-pity and make room for possibility to appear?

Listen to Episode 241 of Celebrate Cultivate
-
[00:00:00] Hello. You are listening to Celebrate Cultivate, a podcast about celebrating the good in life and cultivating more of what you want. I am your host, intuition coach, and voice in your earbuds, Kaileen Elise Sues. Welcome back to your monthly visioning practice. Today, we'll reflect on October, set intentions for November, and find wisdom in an intuitive card reading.
But first, a quick life update from me. I feel like I have been switching between work and creative flow, writing, Instagram, doing all of the things. I [00:01:00] recently hosted the Cultivating Conversations workshop with Wild House Paper here in Austin. And when this episode airs, it is the last day of goal setting with intuition.
So, lots of very fun connections being made, deep work and insights being shared, and I've really just been kind of looking at my business in a fresh way. I've been analyzing some of the financial data and the metrics, and realizing that I'm in, like, a bit of a tight corner. I've been in business for six years now.
I have officially facilitated 300 private one-on-one sessions, and many of you have been following my work f- since the beginning. Like, I know some of you, maybe it's your first episode listening, but a lot of you have been here for a while, even, like, before I started coaching. Some of you have [00:02:00] been connected to my work and following my journey since I started my website and blog back in 2009.
So, like, the people who are here and the people who get it, really get it, but I do need to invite in a few more folks to the room in order to make the financial side of my business make sense. A few more folks here and there would make, like, a huge difference for me. But I definitely have a bit of sales ick left over from my first corporate job, which I was an inside sales rep where I had to make 100 cold calls a day to CPAs and accountants selling them software, and it just, like, that was such a hard job.
I know so many of us have had hard jobs like that, and I don't even know if that's how they sell things anymore. You know, [00:03:00] obviously things have changed in the last few years, so, or many years. And, you know, I know that the people who work with me and get into my work, they understand. I mean, you understand.
But if you don't know about who I am and what I'm doing and how I can help you, then I never have the chance to help, right? So I'm playing with some more growth strategies, like messing around with trial reels on Instagram and collaborating more with people I adore. You'll see I'm bringing guests back onto the show, and I have some really exciting guests coming up.
I was also recently on my friend, friend of the show, Heidi Fiedler's Substack. So the episode that I did about hobbies, she helped me share that in a new way over on her Substack, and I'll link to that post in the show notes. So you can go read it if you want. And like the Wild House Paper Workshop, I am [00:04:00] back to hosting more in-person, and I would love to host some more in-house workshops again.
So if you are someone who teaches a college course on entrepreneurship and imagination, or if you run a content creation membership for solopreneurs, or maybe you own a stationery shop, or a digital wellness magazine, and you need to hire an expert on inner clarity, self-leadership, and visioning with intuition, and creating vision boards, get in touch, 'cause those are all real partnerships that I have had in the past, and I would love to get a few new collaborations on my calendar for 2027.
Speaking it out loud, sharing it here on the show. I mean, if I can't say it here on the show, where can I say it? So I just wanna open the door to some of those experiences. I would love to travel a little bit more for my [00:05:00] work, and I feel like if you have a small team that you want to have some sort of team building and personal development workshop, and you've kind of hit the max of like what those usually look like, then I could be a really good partner for you.
Okay, so more on the personal updates. In home and family, I'm still, I'm not even kidding, I'm still dealing with little bits and pieces of our house drama from the water damage we had over the summer. I know I told you I was sick and tired of talking about it, but we just had workers in to fix some of the brand-new floorboards that were scratched by the movers who brought all of our stuff back in when we moved into the house in September, and the tracks for the window treatments were damaged when they were taken down, so they never were able to get reinstalled correctly.
So I've got experts on the case. We are getting help. But they have to order new parts, and we have to [00:06:00] get on their schedule, so it has just been a process. The flood happened in June, and we're still dealing with it in November. My hope and dream is that all of this will be done and left behind in 2026.
Of course, '27 will bring its own adventures and adversities, but for now, like, I'm just looking forward to having this chapter closed. In October, we also went on a family trip to Park City, Utah. On Instagram, I shared some of the freak-outs that reminded me of why flowing is better than forcing, and I will link to that in the blog post for today's episode in case you want all the tea from our trip.
Some of the highlights include us barely making our flight because all of the parking lots in the Austin Airport were sold out, and we had to take this, like, really far away shuttle to get back to [00:07:00] the terminal from the place that we had to park. When we finally landed in Park City, we realized that we forgot the booster seats for our kids, so we had to drive straight to Target after we landed to go buy a booster seat for my five-year-old.
And the time in Park City itself was great. We had, like, a very iffy weather forecast, so some of the things that we had planned, we had to pivot. But I would definitely go back to Park City, especially because we didn't get to do everything on our list. We had a lot of hikes that we wanted to do that we just couldn't get to 'cause of the weather.
But when we got back to our car in Austin, Texas, our windshield had a huge crack in it. So next time we leave for any sort of travel, I will be doing a cleansing ritual, burning some palo santo, like, setting out some crystals because, oh my goodness, like, the last two times we've come home from a trip, we've had some sort of annoying [00:08:00] catastrophe to deal with.
And that's just part of life, obviously, but maybe I can just shift the energy a little bit to make things smoother. Okay, so more on updates. I just feel like there's a lot to catch you up on. So in terms of my body and my health, I feel like I've made some major strides recently. When it comes to my personal health, and there's really two contributing factors.
The first is that my youngest just turned five, and for those of you who have little, little babies or are still growing your family, I just think that it takes a while, and everybody's timeline is different, but it takes a while to, A, realize, like, "Okay, we're done. Our family's complete, and therefore this body of mine is now solely my body.
I'm not sharing it with any more humans who are growing inside of me." And that realization [00:09:00] paired with being 41 and definitely entering into perimenopause has helped me kind of decide, "Okay, this matters. My health matters, and the choices that I make now are going to influence my physical health, mental health, all of it for the next decade plus."
Also, getting back into swimming has been a huge part of it. Because I'm getting in the water and I'm excited about what I'm doing at practice, and you know, I'm not going very often, like once a week. Maybe I'll start going twice a week soon. But even still, like, I know that doing some workouts on dry land, we call them in swimming, when you're not in the pool and you're working out, it's just called dry land
Doing some weights, doing some of that on land work is going to make me stronger in the pool, and vice versa. Like, I've definitely noticed since I started swimming that my walks are [00:10:00] way easier. I'm walking faster. My heart rate is lower, and that's because of the cardiovascular workout I'm getting in the pool.
I've also been in my friend and health coach's, Alexia de Graymont's, program recently. It's called the Fall Lock-In. It has been so nice to get her focused support in an area that's been challenging for me, which is, like, emotional eating and weight loss and working out. These are all things that, like, I could figure out and do on my own , but having her help is the motivation and the accountability that I need.
Plus, I really love her, and I love the way she leads. She was on my podcast last year, and I was on her podcast as well. So I'll link to both of those in the blog post for today's episode, so if you're kind of, like, wanting to get back into your health journey or just wanting to, like, hear about my experience working with her, you can go check those out.
You know, something I come back to over and over [00:11:00] again with being an intuition coach is that I'm not here to tell you what your intuition is saying. Just like Alexia isn't going to do my workouts for me. She's not going to tell me what to order in my groceries or how to cook my meals. She gives me the tools, the resources, the framework, the guidance and support, just like I am here to help remind you that you have to make space to listen to your intuition.
And I'm more than happy and delighted to be there and guide you to that space inside so that you're not doing it alone or you're not getting distracted by all the other things that are on your to-do list. But y- you know, it is absolutely possible for you to do that on your own, for you to listen to your intuition on your own.
And in fact, I encourage you to do that, but it's much harder and way less enjoyable to do the whole journey [00:12:00]totally solo, right? Like, we are- We're social creatures, and we like to talk about, like, what socks we're shopping for and what floss is the best right before we dive into our intuition sessions.
Like, there are things that I know about my clients and that they know about me that are so random, but also it's just really nice to have that human connection when you are trying to do something that is important to you but is outside of, like, your normal everyday rhythms. And then eventually, with practice, you need less focused attention With a trusted expert because you assimilate.
You get that information. You get that muscle memory. And yeah, I mean, I will still join things that Alexia offers, and I will still do her workouts, but I don't need her the way that I needed her when I was first getting [00:13:00] back into this journey. Just like some of my clients, you know, they need a lot of support, or they want a lot of support in the beginning, and then they get the hang of it, and then it's more like, "I really just want to have a session.
I don't need a session." Hopefully that makes sense. Okay. So before we get into the visioning practice for November, just a few invitations and ways to work with me. Number one, if you've never had a one-on-one session with me, an Hour of Answers is the way to go. Autumn is a season of abundance, allowing comfort and connection, so if you're craving more comfort because you're stressed at work and juggling kid stuff and already dreading the holiday season, like, your, your family's already texting about, like, "What are the holiday plans, and who's going to who?"
Schedule a one-on-one session now so that you can settle into that [00:14:00] peace and ease of your inner being and get clarity on what to focus on and what you can let go of. One of my clients recently has been really struggling with her mind wanting to know what's next in her career, but her inner voice telling her to rest and relax.
What her inner voice told her in her last session is it will be visible when she continues to slow down. She's not gonna have to try really hard to figure it out. And so instead of us talking with her intuition about, like, oh, okay, like, what should she do next in her career? What job should she be applying for?
What we did instead is we talked with her inner voice and her mind to come up with a whole list of things that her mind can do instead of spiraling about what's next in her career. So she has this whole new task list for her mind that she's [00:15:00] delighted by, and it's in alignment with her inner wisdom, and it's also the go-to list for her when she does notice that her mind is spiraling about her career.
If you wanna get your spot on the calendar, go ahead and click on the link in the show notes to look at my calendar, find the time that works for you. I have just a few spots left in November, but plenty in December and January. Go ahead and get on the calendar. And then if you want to spend a whole year with me focusing on what matters most to you, letting go of those anxieties and tensions and sticky points that are really holding you back from stepping into every- room and every season being that fully expressed, embodied, you-est you that you can be, get on the wait list for A Year of You.
That is my signature coaching program. I have been hosting it for years. We have an amazing group of [00:16:00] women in the program right now, and the gift that is A Year of You is that It can be what you need it to be. So if you are coming out of a season filled with grief, it can be the thing that you need to restore yourself and get your bearings on what's next.
If you are ready to make major strides in your career and you already have, like, all of the knowledge that you need, you just need to make a plan and stick to it and step into a new level of visibility, then we can help you with that. Whatever it is that's going on in your life, if you feel called to use your own inner wisdom and your own intuition to guide you through that process, then A Year of You is going to be the thing that you need.
Get on the waitlist. I cannot wait to see you there. Okay, okay, okay, let's get into it. This visioning [00:17:00] practice is your chance to pause and check in with where you've been, but also check in with where you want to go. So it can be as simple and short as listening to me and thinking through your responses, just letting things kind of bubble up from within, or you can really set the vibes, right?
Like, you could press pause or save this for a time when you can get really cozy, pour yourself a delicious drink, light some incense, sit down with your calendar and your journal, and really focus on each step of the ritual that I'm gonna talk you through. One option isn't better than the other one. It doesn't matter what you did last month, and it doesn't matter what...
You know, you don't have to do the same thing every single time. What matters is that you do it, and you do what you can do, and that you make the conscious choice to do it, right? So that you can start to get a sense of progress and momentum. Because without spending [00:18:00] any time or any thought looking back and looking ahead, it's so easy to lose your orientation on where you are in time and space, and it's just so easy to go through the motions and be on autopilot.
And again, there's not actually anything wrong with that except for that when you do come back up for air, you might feel like, "Wait, did I get anything done? Am I making progress towards my goals?" And you won't know if you're making progress if you never set your goals, okay? So first we're gonna reflect back on the past month, which was October, and these are the questions that I want you to reflect on with your mind, with your inner voice, with your calendar, with all of the gizmos and gadgets that you have to look back.
How did October feel? What happened in the month? [00:19:00] If you set intentions for October, what were they? And how did you embody them? If you set goals for October, what were they? Did you achieve them? What progress did you make? Why? Why not? If you made a vision board for October, what do you see now when you look at it?
And then finally, fully from the inner voice, ask your intuition, "What do you want me to know about October?" So next you're gonna look at the month ahead, which we are stepping into November. So how do you want this month to feel? And what is actually on your calendar, right? Like, one of the things that I have become so aware of is that I want to make more time, I want to block off more time for things.
Uh, [00:20:00] basically for everything. I want more buffer. I want more room, right? So when you look at the calendar, if you are feeling that same way, give yourself that buffer. Make room for things. And if stuff is starting to get really crowded, as it tends to this season, push stuff forward or push it on the back burner or just take it off of your list completely.
Do that proactively and trust yourself that making that decision now is in your best interest, 'cause that's what you're feeling called to do. If you are somebody who likes to follow the moon calendar, then you're gonna wanna take a note that there is a new moon on November 9th and a full moon on November 24th Then you need to tune in and set your intentions.
So what are your intentions for November? What are your goals? And go ahead and make a vision board [00:21:00] for November if that is something that you enjoy doing. If you've never made a vision board before, send me a DM on Instagram. I'm @kaileenelise. We can have a quick chat about my recommendations for how to make a vision board in alignment with your mind and your intuition.
And I also have free vision board templates for Canva, so if you wanna have one for your desktop or one for your phone, I have some links I can send you with free templates for both of those. And then finally, ask your inner voice, "What do you want me to know about November?" So with all of that reflection and looking forward, now we're gonna look at your intuitive card reading for November 2026.
I pulled three cards for you, a guiding emotion, guiding energy, and opportunity for expansion. As you listen to the reading, just feel into [00:22:00] what these cards mean to you. Notice what resonates, notice what doesn't, and just pay attention to something if it's like, wow, I really needed to hear that. That is something worth celebrating.
Every time you receive information or get a sign or whatever and you're like, "Ooh, that's, that's what I needed," that is something worth celebrating. Celebrating it is how you cultivate it, right? How you call more of it into you. And if you wanna talk through the reading with someone, send me a DM on Instagram.
Again, I'm @kaileenelise. If we just have, like, a quick voice memo exchange, it can really help land that insight or help get you some clarity. All righty. First, we'll pull your guiding emotion from the Prism Oracle deck. We got love. This card is very simple. When it comes up, just know that you are love and you are loved.
Love is [00:23:00] everywhere. You just need to embrace it. Here are your prompts for love. What can I do to embrace love, to embody love, to let more love in this month? Second, we'll pull your guiding energy from the Wild Unknown Animal Spirit deck, and you got gazelle. Heightened awareness and ability, vulnerable.
The gazelle represents supreme grace. With every move, this awe-inspiring beauty emits sophistication and elegance. Gazelle personalities are often hyper-aware of their surroundings, bordering on hypervigilant, and this can inhibit them from enjoying the beauty they've spent so much effort cultivating.
No more worrying about all those predators out there in the wild. When this card appears, it's time to [00:24:00] get back to the present moment. Sit down, find your breath, and acknowledge the bounty that surrounds you. Let it nourish your gentle spirit. Your prompts for gazelle are how can I soften my gaze? Release the tendency towards hypervigilance What efforts and beauty in my life are calling for acknowledgement?
How can I linger more in the bounty that surrounds me? Okay, so third we'll pull your guiding opportunity from the Fountain Tarot deck, and you got the Four of Cups, blind disillusion. A man slumps in a corner, brooding over his current situation. What once had satisfied him now brings boredom and discontent.
He wavers between self-reflection and disillusionment, but [00:25:00] is dangerously close to melancholy. As he stews in his emotions, his ability to see another option is clouded. If he can shake the self-pity, he will remember that he has options, and the bounty around him will start to become obvious again. When the Four of Cups appears in your reading, quit focusing on the empty cups.
Possibility is closer than you think. So your prompts for Four of Cups are, what's currently boring me or bringing discontentment? What are the empty cups that I have been focusing on? And how can I shake the self-pity and make room for possibility to appear? All right, so that is your visioning practice and intuitive card reading for November.
I would really love to hear how this has landed for you, and how it aligns with how you're feeling about the month of November. There are, like, [00:26:00] so many little connections between these three cards and how I am feeling about November, but we're wrapping up this episode, so I really wanna hear from you. If you wanna continue the conversation, if you wanna share your intentions for the month and get my feedback, send me a DM on Instagram @kaileenelise.
As always, thank you so much for listening. I will be back again next week with the founder of Yearly Co., Anne Williams, for a conversation about dupe culture, intentional gifting for the holiday season, her experience with growing a thriving business while surviving cancer, and the best parts about raising preteen daughters.
It is such a good conversation. I can't wait for you to hear it. I will talk to you [00:27:00] then.
