Your visioning practice for April 2026

This is a time to check in with yourself. Celebrate progress and cultivate momentum.

Take a photo of your vibey setup (tag me @kaileenelise), then brick your phone (referral) for twenty minutes of presence.

First, reflect on the past month / March:

  • How did March feel? What happened?

  • If you set intentions + goals, what were they?

  • If you made a vision board for the month, give it a look.

  • How did you embody your intentions?

  • Did you achieve your goals?

  • What insights can you gather from your vision board?

  • Ask your inner voice, “What do you want me to know about March?”

Now, look at the month ahead / April:

Now, your intuitive card reading: April 2026

I pulled three cards: a guiding emotion, guiding energy, and opportunity for expansion. As you listen to the reading, feeling into what these cards mean to you. What resonates? What doesn’t? What makes you feel like, “Wow… wait. How did she know that?!”

If you want to talk through the reading with someone, that’s what I’m here for. Send me a DM on Instagram I’m @kaileenelise. Even a quick voice memo exchange can help bring clarity.

BALANCE

“It's time to look at areas of your life that could use a little balancing. It's hard because sometimes outside sources (i.e. work) can demand our full attention and allow little time for ourselves. The need for balance can come in all forms, not just work/life. How can you allow for more balance in your life, and what do you need to do to achieve it?”

Your prompts for BALANCE:

  • What does balance look like in my life right now?

  • What support or accountability do I need to reach balance? (credit: Xanthe Appleyard)

STINGRAY

“Developing confidence, sense of self, or spine

The stingray card represents a pivotal point in personal growth. The moment has come when the stingray must decide between the old (easy, comfortable, and familiar) and the new (challenging, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar). Pressure from family and friends makes the decision even more complicated. No matter what choice is made now, it's inevitable that this dilemma will surface again and again, as the force of dharma growing within the stingray is too strong to ignore.

Your prompts for STINGRAY:

  • Where is the gap between the old way and the new way?

  • What pressure am I feeling?

  • Is now the time to choose? Why or why not?

TWO OF SWORDS

“Inner Conflict

There is a conflict between your heart and your mind, and the strategies you have in place are unsustainable, strained, and precarious. You are managing skillfully but will soon be exhausted. You must do something; it is not a position one can hold indefinitely. Though a stalemate may appear better than defeat, the issue can no longer be ignored. Pause, take inventory, and find your way through this struggle.

Your prompts for TWO OF SWORDS:

  • What do I feel called to do?

  • What obstacles (real or perceived) are in my way?

  • What is the path forward?

Listen to Episode 225 of Celebrate Cultivate

  •  Hello, you are listening to Celebrate Cultivate. I am your host intuition coach and voice in your earbuds, Kayleen Elise Seuss. April is nearly here and today's monthly visioning practice is going to help you begin the month. With intention. Think of listening to this episode as your reminder, your invitation, your chance to slow down, breathe and name what you actually want in this month.

Keep listening for the practical journal. Props the intuitive card. Pull and leave with goals that feel like. A sigh of relief instead of a big pile of shoulds on your shoulders. I don't know about you, but I have been feeling all sorts of ways lately. I am in one way, just like really excited and happy about life.

I am trying to be more conscious about like seeing where I am. Competence and doing things well. You know, receiving recognition from others in small ways. Like when my son recently, my 4-year-old, I plated their dinner in a really nice way. They were having tomato soup and grilled cheese, and then I made like sliced cucumbers and.

Fanned the sliced cucumbers, and then there was mango. And I fanned that out real nice. And it just like the plate looked cute, you know? And when he sat down for dinner, he goes, mama, I love the way you arranged this. And it just, you know. Made me feel good, made me feel recognized. So taking those small wins, but also seeing where those repetitive patterns are maybe at play.

We recently went to New Orleans for spring break, and when we got back I was spiraling majorly and honestly, I was in a bit of a state before we even left for the trip. And when we got home, I just like had a day where I couldn't. Get anything done or it certainly felt that way and my husband was like, Kayleen, you're always like that when we get back from a trip.

So not in a call me out sort of way, but just in a, Hey, this is the reality babe. Like what are you gonna do about it? So, you know, if I know that about myself, if I know I need a day to decompress after a trip, maybe instead of trying to like make that a problem with me and find a way to optimize my energy, what if I just.

Said what it was and let myself feel that way, and then picked up the pieces and moved on a day after we got back from the trip. Like what about that? So I've been playing with these ideas and kind of just trying to give myself more space to be me, which is kind of the whole point of some of my coaching and programs.

Right. While also. Recognizing where that naming of what I want is still something I'm, I'm struggling with a little bit personally, and I mentioned that in last week's episode, just with my birthday approaching, which is actually on March 29th, so it's coming up here real soon. I want to explore more about like, what do I actually want in the next.

Five years in the next 10 years. And I, I'm still not there yet, you know, but I, I do feel like it's, it's starting to come into a clearer focus. And I think one of the reasons why it's been a struggle for me is because I do still kind of have a foot in like the baby land where, you know, I have a 4-year-old still, he is.

Pretty little and I don't know what the, the big kid life is like. And I do see how it's, it's so far a little bit more demanding on the schedule, which I guess mothers of older children would be nodding their heads right now. And I also notice it in my business where my business is doing really well.

We've got 13 people in a year of you right now. That is amazing. I've been running a year of you since. 22. So this is its fourth year and some of you have been in the program multiple years. Some of you are just joining. Some of you don't even know what I'm talking about, so I'll mention that real briefly.

A year of you is my signature year long program where your whole focus is really on living in alignment with your inner wisdom. Cultivating practices that you can use in your daily life, in your work, in your relationships, in your wellness and your wellbeing, and all of these different pockets and places of you, and start to show up more of who you truly are.

Like be yourself in every room. So in a year of you, you get one-on-one sessions with me. One every season. So four total or more if you want them. Of course, we can definitely book those in, and many of you have. We also have a call at the end of every season and a call at the beginning of every season with the group to close out the season we're leaving and step into the season That's beginning and then.

In amongst all of those. We also have calls every other week called together sessions that are group coaching, journal practice, guided meditation to workshop, you know, what's going on in your life right now and how can we find more alignment, more ease, more flow, while also moving at the pace of your ambition and not your anxiety.

So it's not a business mastermind and it's not straight up life coaching. It's kind of this hybrid and really it's. Personalized for each person and then the group as the group ebbs and flows. Right now we've got just an incredible mix of women if you're in the program, you know, but we've got folks who are empty nesters.

We've got folks who are newlyweds or new brand new moms. So we've got kind of a different. Different places in life, different seasons of life. And then we've, it's an international group too. We've got a few folks overseas, somebody in Canada. So we, we've got this kind of, or I guess one person overseas, but we've got this like smattering of, of locations and life experiences, which makes it really nice because I know that.

For me personally, it's, it's often a lonely experience to listen to your inner voice and, and trust your inner voice. And of course that's kind of true because it's inside of you, right? Like you're the only one that can experience your inner voice. But when you're in a Zoom room and when you're in a collective with others who are also doing it, it it shows you that, hey, you're not alone.

And there's a, a connection between. What one person in Florida receives from their inner voice and what somebody in Minnesota receives from their inner voice and what somebody in Missouri receives from their inner voice and what somebody in Switzerland receives from her inner voice. And to know that there are all of these different.

Access points to a similar wisdom is, is very encouraging. So a year of you is, you know, doors are open right now if you wanna join. I've done a very kind of like low key quiet launch this season because that's what my life is asking of me. And in this visioning practice that we're about to do, I cannot wait for you to get the journey.

The journal prompts, but also the card reading because it feels so on point for the energy of this month for me personally. And I have a hunch it's going to align for you as well. So let's get into it. I just wanted to kind of tell you a little bit about how I'm feeling, which is a lot of different things.

And if you are feeling that way too, just note you are not alone at all. So for this visioning practice, first you're gonna reflect on the past month, and you can do this while I'm talking, while you're listening, while you're making scrambled eggs for breakfast for the kids, or while you're on your way to the coffee shop, or doing pickup or going a soccer practice or whatever you're doing.

Or you can listen to this now and then come to the show notes for today's episode, which is over at my website, kayleen elise.com. You can click the link in the show notes and it'll take you right there and all of the prompts and everything are outlined for you. So you can sit down with your tea and your morning journaling practice and, and really get through these.

And I highly recommend reflecting on the month we're leaving before you step into the month that we're heading into. Because that is how you're going to start to see momentum and progress. Even when it feels like you're super behind on everything. You're gonna start to close some of those loops and open new doors in really clear, intentional ways.

So as you're reflecting back on March, ask yourself, how did this past month feel? What happened, like what was on your calendar or scroll through your photo album? Those are the two ways that I can find out what happened. If I can't recall anything, it's just like, what was on the calendar and what photos did I take?

Where did I go? Who did I see? What did I do? If you set intentions for the month of March, what were they and how did you embody them? If you set goals for the month of March, what were they and did you achieve them? And after you've reflected on those different points, just a quick check with your gut.

Ask your inner voice. What do you want me to know about March? And then you're gonna look at the month ahead. So how do you want April to feel like, what is the overarching energy or vibe or intention that you have for this month ahead? What's on the calendar? So what do you, what do you have going on?

Like, where are you gonna be? What are you gonna do? Who are you gonna do it with? What's going on? And then what are your intentions? Knowing all of that, how you wanna feel and what you've got on the calendar, what are the intentions that you're setting for April, and what goals are you setting? Then ask your inner voice, what do you want me to know about April?

And if you're able to write these down, even if it's just in the notes app of your phone or on a little notion dash, or maybe in your journal or even in a DM to me, so we can go back and forth on it if you a, if you're able to write them down somewhere, then a month from now when we do the May visioning practice, you can just click back to or open that page to what you wrote down for April.

It will make the reflection part a lot easier. And it will also help you know, if you're actually moving toward your intentions and moving toward your goals in the month. So for your intuitive card reading, like I said, I'm super excited to get into this because as I was preparing my notes to share this with you, these cards are super on point and I actually pulled these cards like.

Many, many weeks ago, I just got like a ping, you know, a nudge. I had the space on my calendar. I had the cards in front of me, and I pulled for April. May and June. I haven't looked at the May and June cards yet, but I have them set aside. And as I was looking through the April cards, I just felt this like, oh man, how do these cards know what I am feeling right now?

And how they have, they're opening the door to some serious insight and clarity. So as you're listening. Feel into what these cards mean to you. We're pulling a guiding emotion, a guiding energy, and an opportunity for expansion. See how they resonate. See what doesn't resonate at all. And what makes you feel like, wow, wait.

How did she know that about my life? And if you wanna talk through the reading with someone, that's what I'm here for. You can send me a DM on Instagram. I'm at Kayleen Elise. So the first card we have is the guiding emotion from the Prism, Oracle deck, and the card we got is balance. It's time to look at areas of your life that could use a little balancing.

It's hard because sometimes outside sources like work can demand our full attention and allow little time for ourselves. The need for balance can come in all forms, not just work life. How can you allow for more balance in your life? And what do you need to do to achieve it? So I know we've pulled balance already.

I think it was earlier this year, so that is very interesting. The prompts that we have for this one that I'm sharing with you, obviously those last two sentences, how can you allow for more balance and what do you need to do to achieve it? Those are great prompts to reflect on, but I also wanna offer you, what does balance look like in the season of life you're in right now?

Like, how do you actually know that you're balancing? What does that balance look like? Because everybody's definition of balance is going to be different, but then the application of balance in your own life, in this season, in this specific month is going to be different than it will look like in December, for example.

And then another question I want you to consider is what support or accountability do you need to reach balance? So kind of a play on that. What do you need to do to achieve it, but also like what do you need and what support. You know what? Accountability, like, what, what do you, well, how are you gonna get there?

And those, those two questions that support or accountability, those are questions that my business coach, my content coach Zhi Apple Yard often asks, and it's something that I've been playing with myself, so I wanna give her a little credit for, for those buzzwords. Okay. Up next we have the guiding energy.

This is from the Wild Unknown Animal Spirit Deck. We got stingray developing confidence, sense of self or spine. The Stingray card represents a pivotal point in personal growth. The moment has come when the stingray must reside between the old. Easy, comfortable, unfamiliar, and the new, challenging, uncomfortable unfamiliar pressure from family and friends makes the decision even more complicated.

No matter what choice is made now, it is inevitable that this dilemma will surface again and again as the force of dharma growing within the stingray is too strong to ignore. When in balance, the sting rate is eager, wants to grow, when out of balance, the sting rate blames others or quits to bring into balance the sting rate moves through the discomfort.

The prompts for this one from me to you are what is the gap between the old way and the new way in your life? So what is that like delta? What is the difference in. Well, what's going on now? Or what was and what you want, right? The before and the after. What pressure are you feeling and is now the time to choose?

Why or why not? Because again, the card says like a choice. Is gonna be made, like there is a choice to be made, but I often like to ask my inner voice like is now the time tomorrow, three weeks from now? And sometimes I don't get like a definitive future date. That's rare. Although I have had a client before whose inner voice told her a very specific date.

It was way far out in the future, like several months about. Like a project that she had going on in work and she listened to it, you know, she just like put that date on the calendar and didn't worry about it until then. Or if she saw that she was worrying about it, she would, you know, take a beat and realize, okay, it's not that date yet, so I don't need to worry.

And it all fell into place beautifully. So sometimes you can get like super specific information from your inner voice. With numbers and that sort of thing, and that can be really cool, super helpful. But oftentimes, like what we really need to know is, is this something I need to do today? Is this a decision I need to make?

Is, is ruminating on this useful? Oftentimes no, right? The dec, the time to make the decision is when you make the decision and the the lead up to that. You can think about it as much as you want, but oftentimes all that thought. Doesn't do a ton. Sometimes it does help, of course. That's why we have minds, we're made to think.

It's not that we wanna be completely modernized and, and not think at all, but this, this card is interesting because it's, it's showing us there is this like difference between the old and the new and there is pressure. So what are you gonna do about it? Right? Like what, what decision are you going to make and why are you feeling that pressure and is now the time to, to move?

But let's keep going because, 'cause there's a connection here with the next card, which is the opportunity for expansion from the Fountain Tarot deck. And the card we pulled is the two of swords. Which is inner conflict. There is a conflict between your heart and your mind, and the strategies you have in place are unsuitable, strained, and precarious.

You are managing skillfully but will soon be exhausted. You must do something. It is not a position one can hold indefinitely. Though a stalemate may appear better than defeat the issue can no longer be ignored. Pause. Take inventory and find your way through this struggle. So the questions, the prompts that I'm offering to you are, what are you feeling called to do?

What obstacles, real or perceived are in your way? And what is the path forward? So you don't really need to know like how you're gonna get there, but like what is the path? Right? And I just see, see so much, you know, interesting connections between these cards. And I'm curious for yourself, like if you are seeing them also, but balance is obviously calling us to kind of.

Like, if you think about the way balance works, it's like you add a little bit over here, you take a little bit over here, you, you, you mix and match and you kind of try to make this like, I think the word often is perfect balance, you know? And. Maybe perfect is what gets us in the way of actually finding a suitable balance in our current everyday lives.

The stingray is definitely showing us, you know, the, the only way out is through to bring into balance, we have to move through the discomfort. And then the two of swords is this inner conflict and it's like, what? Are you gonna do? How are you gonna find your way through this struggle? So for me personally, I'm taking a lot away from this card reading, and I'm curious to hear from you if you also are feeling that pull, that tension, that inner conflict.

If there is any insights or illumination that you're taking away from this reading, let me know. Send me a DM on Instagram. Like I said, I'm at Kale Elise, if you want support working through this. Challenge the struggle. A session with me could be a really great place to start when you schedule a one-on-one session.

It's called an hour of answers, and the whole focus is to clear the outside noise so that you can face the questions that you've been spiraling over in work, in relationships and your health. You get guidance from your inner wisdom. So it's not about what I think you should do, and it's not even really about what your mind thinks you should do.

The main focus of this session is to really get clear on what your inner voice. Is showing you what it is calling you to and what are the emotions and the thought patterns and some of the things that are standing in the way from you being in true alignment with your inner wisdom, with your inner voice.

The sessions are audio only. They're on Zoom. It often feels like a guided meditation, so it is a very. Like pleasurable thing to experience. I had a, a new client recently schedule with me and when she was sending me messages, she was, before the session, she said, well, I'm definitely gonna cry the whole session, so let me just get that out of the way right now.

And I told her like, that's totally fine if that's what you need. Sometimes we literally do just need an hour to cry. And I've had clients take these calls from their car 'cause that was the only place that they could like get a moment of private alone. So just don't let. The The tears stop. You. Don't let the logistics stop you.

If you need time to listen to your inner voice, and you want that space to be held by someone who's done well over 200 of these sessions, then I'm your girl. You're gonna get the clarity, you're gonna get the emotional release, and after the call, you're gonna get an audio recording of your session plus detailed.

Email with like all the notes and insights that your inner voice shared so that you can put those into action in your everyday life. I have just two spots open in April, but I have a lot more availability in May, so get yourself on the calendar. Just visit kayleen elise.com forward slash session. To book and the price to book is $444.

But if you mention this podcast episode, when you schedule it, I'll add the intuitive card reading in for you for free as like a special gift. And the card reading is similar to this that we just did, but it's specific to you. After the session, and I'm able to kind of tie in some of what your inner voice shared to what the cards are sharing also, so that can be like a little fun bonus for listening.

Thank you so much as always for being here. If you are interested in sneaking into a year of view, you can also find the links to that in the show notes or just send me a dm. Like I said, we're already. Pretty full at 13 folks in a year of you. So just like spots for one or two more. And after that I'm gonna close the doors until summer.

So just keep that in mind if tuning into Celebrate Cultivate is one of your favorite weekly rituals. I just wanna thank you for. Being here for listening, for being part of this community. I really do feel personally like this pull towards simplifying and taking some of the things off of my plate because of that clarity and spaciousness that I'm, I'm wanting.

But the podcast is something that is really. Like near and dear to my heart, and even though it feels like an easy thing to, to take off the table, I really don't want to. So just so you know, I'm in a little bit of an inner conflict right now of like, where can I clear off space on my calendar? And even though my mind really wants to.

Take a break from the podcast. My inner voice and my heart and like my love for this community is, is like, no, that isn't the thing to take off your plate. So I'm waiting for more information from myself on what does come off of my plate. But this isn't it. But you, you'll see the episodes are a little bit shorter recently because that's.

Kind of what I have the capacity for, but I feel like showing up and sharing and being consistent is the right choice right now. So I just wanna say thank you and I'm in it with you. I'm here with you, and I just appreciate you so much.
