Pause

Now and then it's good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy.
(Guillaume Apollinaire)

Wow, I can't believe that today is November 1st!

This year is moving much quicker than I expected. Maybe I have more on my plate than years past, or maybe the world is rotating at a faster rate. Either way, I feel both elated and overwhelmed about these final two months of 2010.

I had plans to write a post about my goals for November, and perhaps explain to you why I didn't make my October goals a priority. There are posts like this already in my archives, and it doesn't seem fair to make you read the same story over again.

The truth is, there is a lot going on right now andI am feeling a little overwhelmed. Work is full steam ahead, and I am enjoying the daily challenge. I am working on a top secret mission for the online community that is inspiring me more and more each day. Thanksgiving is just weeks away and Christmas is around the corner. There will be parties, travel, presents and lots and lots of hugs.

I'm loving every bit of this joy-filled life. Although, I find myself teetering on the border of making a huge mess and wishing I hadn't bit off more than I could chew, I'm pleased with where I am.

I hope you don't mind the hodgepodge of thoughts that make up this post, it's all I have for now. Have a lovely start to your November, and remember to share a little extra sparkle with someone you love today.
