When you walk to the edge of all the light you have and take that first step into the darkness of the unknown, you must believe that one of two things will happen: There will be something solid for you to stand upon, or, you will be taught how to fly.
As I predicted, November was a a wonderful month full of love, fire-colored leaves, mashed potatoes and stuffing! December is now upon us and it happens to be one of my favorite months.
It's 31 days full of cheerful commercials, Christmas music and thoughtful gifts. A season of laughter, glitter, sweet treats and holiday cards.
A time to tie up loose ends and prepare for a new year. An opportunity for family gatherings, parties with friends and romantic moments.
Intentions for December
indulge in holiday treats moderately & completely guilt-free
attend 10 yoga classes
run 10 miles
wrap and mail all presents by 12/14
make time for regular journaling
set intentions for 2010
enjoy creative weekends (like this one)
I'm looking forward to many merry moments this December—what are your intentions for this final month of 2009?
