2010: A Year of Intention & Resolve

I may be a bit tardy in presenting my resolutions, but I figure there’s still plenty of time with 350-ish days left in 2010. As I planned my intentions for the year, I thought of ways to begin living my ideal life. An ordinary, yet completely fantastic, everyday existence. Keeping in mind that the journey is much more important than the destination, this year I resolve to…

When the Sun Shines We’ll Shine Together

Sending love and gratitude to those of you who came to my rescue last Thursday. I’m constantly amazed by the kindness of others in this wonderful community. I am starting to breathe easier. My gifts are wrapped and cards are mailed. I have a stack of unread magazines to devour and an empty journal to begin…

Dreams, Intentions & Goals

This is my first time joining in on Jamie Ridler’s Full Moon Dreamboards. I take so much delight in cutting inspiring images and words out of magazines. This dreamboard is a collection of my thoughts, feelings and intentions for the last month of 2009…

December Goals

December is one of my favorite months. It’s 31 days full of cheerful commercials, Christmas music and thoughtful gifts. A season of laughter, glitter, sweet treats and holiday cards. I plan on continuing the 3 Fs theme into this month, building on the progress I have made so far…

Can You Define Success?

I wonder why I have never taken time to write my own definition of success? There are many days when I wake up and head out into the world, pursuing a destination that I have yet to define—and I am certain I’m not the only one.

Focused, Frugal & Fun for (F)all

The first few days of October are behind us and I am excited to carry the momentum from a few great days into the rest of this month. In my last post I shared my 3 Fs for the fall season—focused, frugal & fun. Here are the ways I plan on practicing my Fs this month…

Where Did September Go?

It is hard to believe we are already saying goodbye to September. A part
of me feels like holding on tightly to a month that rushed by without
a proper hello, but another part is welcoming October with open arms. September was a great month overall, but there are definitely things I want to work on. Moving forward, I am looking at this month as an opportunity to
embrace being focused, frugal and fun.
