Hello my lovelies! I’m finishing up my weekend with a smile, and hope you’re doing the same. Today’s Sparklisa Sunday post is the seventh in a series of interviews with creative and inspiring folks on the web. Melita from Gussying Up the Tuttle was featured two weeks ago, and today I’m excited to introduce my new friend Liz Franco from SRSLYLIZ!
Liz is a delightful 25 year old pixel-pusher based out of Sacramento, CA. Her blog is a collection of musings, fashion, design & tidbits from her life. I recommend you drop by to say hello!

1. Why do you blog?
I started blogging as a way to infuse both my passion for writing, as well as a way to keep family & friends updated on my life. Over the past three years, I’ve come into contact with so many amazing bloggers and online personalities. It’s nuts. I love it; I love connecting with people all over the world on different levels. I’ve also just opened up my online vintage boutique, Little Gray Suitcase. Now that it’s launched, blogging is a great way to promote my new venture as well as be accessible to clientèle.
2. What are your favorite creative resources?
I draw creative inspiration from design blogs like Lushlee, Design Sponge, & swiss miss. Fellow blogger Katrina from Pugly Pixel is a super talented graphic designer & is always posting tutorials and giving away beautiful clip art. Definitely check her out.
3. Who inspires you online? Offline?
My sweet friend Elsie from A Beautiful Mess is a HUGE creative resource & inspiration as well. She runs her own business, blogs full-time & is just cute as a button. Sara White & Jessica Hische are a couple of other leading ladies I look to for inspiration. Offline, my partner in crime & love of my life Glenn, is also a web/graphic designer so we are able to bounce ideas off one another & draw inspiration from each other too. It’s nice to be able to have that sort of bond with him.

4. If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to yourself as a budding blogger?
Looking back on early entries, I noticed I swore a lot! Haha. Not very becoming, at least for me & the direction I ended up going with my blog.
5. What are your favorite things to do when you’re not online?
In my downtime I love reading, riding my bike, exploring new places with Glenn, thrift shopping, watching football or cracking open a good bottle of wine & perusing Netlix. It’s the little things.
6. How do you make every day an extraordinary adventure?
I think the key to this is to start out every day with a positive attitude. After a continuous string of bad days, one morning I woke up and simply just refused to have a bad day. I kept that attitude and a smile on my face all day & like magic, it worked. I try to practice this as much as possible.

Love the advice on refusing to have a bad day. And I absolutely adore her new online store, Little Gray Suitcase!
I had so much fun being interviewed thanks for featuring me!
