This week’s been a delightful start to my 32 Days of Sparkle. I’m looking forward to a restful, creative and inspiring weekend ahead. Most of all, I’m ecstatic to launch my very first giveaway! The following collection of creative to-do’s are intentions shared in hopes of inspiring extraordinarily joyful weekends. Consider this a friendly tap—or slight tug—towards exploring creative shenanigans of your own desires..

make a new playlist to share
sift through glossies for inspiration
daydream a little more
soak up some sun, go for a run
take a nap without setting the alarm
go see eat, pray, love

And now, for the moment you’ve all been waiting for… The first ever Creative Weekend To-Do List + 32 Days of Sparkle Giveaway!!
The goodies up for grabs are pictured above—a tote from Papaya!, yummy ginger candies, instant iced tea bags, a girlie compact mirror, a gorgeous picture frame, green tea mints, a pink candle, sweet stickers and ocean-scented car air fresheners.

I’m so excited for the weekend. My creative list for the weekend includes:
-organizing my crafts in hopes of inspiring new ideas
-paring down the photos from our recent excursion and ordering a few for our family
-finish reading Audrey Hepburn
-go hiking in a new location
-take a nap.

I’m very excited to visit my local art gallery this weekend – there’s a rare Marilyn Monroe photo exhibition taking place! It’s a tiny, free gallery, so things like this don’t come around too often!
And a nap – I like the sound of that

My creative weekend to-do list includes visiting a local automobile museum and having a picnic in the park with my hubby, starting a new sailboat illustration, and designing wedding thank you cards using some of our fabulous wedding pics!

My creative to do list includes:
*Also watching Eat, Pray, Love (if not, I should at least try to finish reading the book);
*Packing for my trip to Jamaica;
*Winsor pilates for my abs, buns and thighs; and
*Finally getting to watch Step Up 3D.
What a fun giveaway! My creative weekend to-do list includes dinner at a fancy-schmancy restaurant this evening (it’s my husband’s birthday tomorrow, so we’re celebrating!), a nice long run, watching Eat Pray Love, working on a writing project, and making it to a yoga class. xo
My weekend isn’t as long as most everyone else’s – I do work on Saturdays – but I ALWAYS look forward to my Sundays. My list for this Sunday includes:
- early morning home yoga session
- chai tea and slow-cooked breakfast rice
- FARMER’S MARKET!!!
- making and sending postcards (I use photographs that I take myself) to my friends and family
- calling my mom
- picnic in the park with my man

What fun! My creative to dos this weekend include watching a movie with the family, making some whipped shea cream and working on a writing project..
I spy Keri Russell in the photo frame! This weekend, I plan to take in prenatal yoga, see Julia on screen, devour my CSA box and read the September MSL.

2. making a picture for my friends new home (preferbly with sequins!).
3. designing new business cards for Branch Counselling.
4. designing my new creative diary for kids concept (shhh its a secret).
5. spending time with my wonderful husband (the business card maker).
also returning the dead watersnails the pet shop sold us – how rude!

- Go see Eat Pray Love solo and reflect (done!)
- Find creative ways to maximize space and storage in my petite room
- Write oodles of snail mail, decorate and send
- Add some sparkle to my Filofax
Among the items on my Creative Weekend list this weekend are:
* jot down ideas for the handmade book I’ll be making for an exhibit in October
* finish ‘Star Island’ by Carl Hiassen
* Spend a couple of hours on Sunday reading magazines
Just writing about them makes me feel better!
This is my last weekend of my summer vacation so I have a lot to do before I return to work as a high school teacher on Mon. bright and early – getting up at 5 am. I am sad to see my flexible schedule and excess of fun time go, but even more sad to have to get up that early in the morning once again. I am super excited about new adventures in the new year.
My creative weekend to do list:
> Create some creative bulletin board letters out of newspaper (that I recycled).
>Create a new playlist for my yoga class
>Paint my fingernails – can’t decide on a color for the new year though.
> Get my airbrush tan on.
> Go on a hot date with my husband on Sat. night
> Get my spin on
> Hit the gym for a last chance workout – to go back to school feeling better than ever
> Give my dogs extra lovin’ before they have to spend more time by themselves during the school year.
> Dance!
My creative to-do list:
-Run with passion
-Embrace Kundalini, through movement and literature
-Savor home grown tomatoes from the garden
-Work on my manuscript without judgment
-Enjoy a divine hair cut
-Plan for next week’s travel

Went with my husband to the “fancy” movie theater with recliners and real food. We are revamping our eating habits here at home to exclude icky processed stuff and fill our tummies with healthy grains, veggies, fruits and hopefully create some new staples! I will work on my papier mache angels and birds & dive into my new box of plaster strips and hopefully evolve into making some sculptures (maybe for holiday gifts???) I also picked up the new issue of “Artful Blogging” for some mega-inspiration! Thanks for inspiring us—
