I love gathering the concise wisdom of others in bits and pieces that resonate with my soul. Yesterday I was shopping at a cute local boutique when I came across this quote from Max Ehrmann. It stuck with me in a way that only happens every so often.

True, many times we don’t understand, but it all works out in the end.
Ah, I love quotes like this. My mantra is “Everything happens for a reason.” The bad. The good. ~Whether we understand the reason at that time, at a later time, or never at all. It all happens for a reason and exactly as it should. I’d like to think that you walked into that cute little boutique on that particular day because you were *meant* to see the quote.
I love that quote. I always have to remember that just because things aren’t going how I want them to, that doesn’t mean things won’t work out in the end.
It’s hard to trust the process, especially when we can’t always see what’s ahead. Ehrmann’s quote keeps it simple and true!
