A good set of intentions I especially like ‘embrace my mister with love and kindness’, something I have to remind myself so often to do; sometimes it’s too easy to forget how wonderful he treats me, and instead get mad when he makes my house messy or turns up late!

As for ‘eat to fuel my body’; I’ve started to listen to my body, rather than the media around me telling me how to fuel it. It tells me when it needs fruit, it tells me when it needs comfort. Our bodies speak much louder than we realize!
